Hi, I’m Iris!
An interdisciplinary User Experience Designer and Industrial Designer, currently living and working in Amsterdam.
I am a civic-minded designer, committed to embedding equity and inclusivity into my practice. Throughout my career, I have done various professional projects in the healthcare industry and regularly designed for wellbeing and inclusiveness.
My sweet spot is designing complex experiences across the digital and physical realm that need to seamlessly integrate. When doing so, I emphasize the user experience, in which technology plays a supportive role, rather than it taking over the experience (calm tech).
I am a great user & design researcher and love to bridge my insights all the way to final designs with an excellent eye for detail.
Over the past years, my passion for design has led me to travel the world, and when I am not designing, I like to go on adventures and surround myself with nature, where you will typically find me climbing mountains and taking pictures with my camera.
I am currently accepting clients and I am always open to discussing collaboration and consulting opportunities.
